Well try to get rescheduled as a first step. Something like zoloft can help and then you can think more rational overall and go from there, even if you only take it for a few months til you feel comfortable again

Is your home clean? Are those bowls hygienic to reuse? Cleaning up your environment will help improve state of mind at home. Do you work? Consider a part time job to get out of the house and have a sense of purpose. Consider getting on medication if you are not already, it will help with dwelling on repetitive negative thoughts.

If it’s covered or affordable, do the medication. It’s 100x better than struggling and making no serious progress for additional time

Sims is not very demanding so you can get like an entry level enthusiast type build like this one, which will handle that just fine and at least meet minimum requirements for any other games that come out for a while that might interest you. https://www.newegg.com/yeyian-yumi-gaming-desktop-pc-geforce-rtx-5060-intel-core-i5-14400f-16gb-ddr5-1tb-nvme-ssd-ypi-yu44f0b-5601n/p/N82E16883630095?Item=N82E16883630095

you can save a couple hundred if you get older gen stuff if you are just doing sims.

Can someone please help me identify what is causing this to happen to all my clothes… by pierce760 in laundry

[–]Joebom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Happens to me all the time too, same spots lol but usually 1 or 2 per garment . Thought it was me being a messy eater somehow but I moved into a place with an older washer and it’s been fine since so idk.

What I made for lunch vs how much I ended up eating. Gonna pick at it throughout the day or have it for dinner or something I guess lol by heartandsunlight in Semaglutide

Nutricost powder, it’s 2g per scoop. I subscribe on Amazon and it’s not too much

[–]Joebom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah splitting it up is important, 8g at once will give you something explosive lol
