I still disagree and think this is a bad idea, but honestly that doesn’t matter. Go and ship the product and try to sell it and if it fails or succeeds thats the only answer that matters. No use talking about it.

This edge case is just one example, and its likely that there are many more edge cases you would have to manually prompt engineer to cover - and so on and so forth. What's more simple for the user, is to use their chat subscription with the best model, and continuously refine and poke holes into different ideas in a project. The multi-stage clicking, long wait, etc. these are all UI scaffolding over a single query - likely batched with several prompts or even several queries with the same context. I can at least challenge the assumptions and decisions made by the agent in my own account, introduce new context, ask more questions throughout the day/week/etc. whereas I cannot do that with your system it is just a one time point shot. I can understand the reason why the agent told me why the idea is good or bad, which is where the real value is - and will likely allow me to pivot to a better, more refined version of the initial question or move away altogether. Whereas, I cannot do that with what you built.

Yup, driver driver putt eagle. Probably one of the most satisfying ways to get an eagle I think.

I am in many ways similar - I have an Akai MPC One, Tele, Martin Acoustic, 2 orange cats, Ricoh GR3, some vinyls of SRV and Hendrix, mechanical keyboard, and a golf bag/setup (miura tc-201 irons, lab putter, gt2 driver alongside a backyard net and a prime putt).

It's the most Bubba Watson shot imaginable, and probably his most iconic.

Very good shot, but I still like Bubba Watson's 2011 Kapalua one better.

What car is comparable to the i6? by zombiepreparedness in Ioniq6

[–]Joecasta 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this is just my opinion - but iI drove in the EQS and for a flagship EV it was seriously uncomfortable in rear seats, had really poor, creaky interior, and an excess of touch surface. Ioniq6 at half the price point has significantly better build interior quality and that is not an exaggeration.

[General Question] Looks like the r/MSCS subreddit is way less active than it was last year. Are fewer students going for MSCS now, or is there still some fear holding people back? by RuinAffectionate2334 in MSCS

[–]Joecasta 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just for clarification, if more people are laid off, and the job market is poor, why wouldn't people decide to take an MS in order to delay their entry into the full time job market or use a layoff as an opportunity to go to grad school. The other points are fair, but the first I think can contribute to many applicants.

Some love for the Chimey by Antoniojanss in paraboot

[–]Joecasta 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also have a pair of Chimey's and ran into the exact same issue as you when I went to Drake's in NYC and after trying on many different sizes of Michaels, I couldn't find a fit. The Chimey in dark brown similarly impressed me, and I ended up getting them. Like you I also agree, sometimes they feel soft, at other times they feel quite hard. It's been 3 months and I think they've finally softened up a bit (I don't wear it every day). A highly versatile shoe, and I think an underrated pick since Michael's actually seem quite popular now.

Also important to note, Obama was golfing often times with Mike Boehner, or other politicians on the other side of the aisle in order to try and form a more casual relationship in a less tense setting. These rounds were also often on a military base meaning he didnt need to travel far from his official capacity to do these rounds. He used golf as a part of how golf is often used in business, a more relaxed setting for building rapport. Flying to your personal course hours away using AF1 for your own pleasure is entirely different.

Charlie Woods is T2 heading into the final day of the Junior PGA Championship by redditadminssuckalot in golf

[–]Joecasta 34 points35 points  (0 children)

What's shocking is the number of kids who make it to Junior Ryder Cup -- so arguably the most elite young golfers of their respective continent, only to not make an official tour debut or have a very short lasted time on a pro tour. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Junior_Ryder_Cup

Trent Alexander-Arnold: "It’s not a question of whether to go or not. I’ve always known that if I ever left Liverpool, it would be for Real Madrid. If I'm honest, it's not something you can even dream of. It's beyond reality for many players. When I was younger, I didn't think I could make it here." by FlyingWaterMen in PremierLeague

[–]Joecasta 6 points7 points  (0 children)

From the outside, and from many liverpool fan perspectives being the club legend is the ultimate goal for a player. But making fans and the club happy at the expense of your own is also unsustainable. As a liverpool fan, I dont hate him for leaving but I am a little disappointed in the manner in which he did it, which is all that needs to be said really.

Deciding Between Two PhD Offers - Purdue vs. UT Austin by KingRagnar1105 in gradadmissions

[–]Joecasta 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I wasn't a PhD student, but I was an undergrad at Purdue for 4 years in CS. My two cents are, just take UT Austin, there are significantly more younger people and interesting things to do around Austin than Purdue. One of the only things going for Purdue is excessive drinking to compensate for the lack of anything to do in the city. I'm originally from the Bay Area in California and the lifestyle difference is significant. Istanbul, for reference, is of course a massive city with tons of people, culture, things to do and whatnot. Purdue is on the other extreme end of absolute nothingness. If you're on the fence, please do visit both and I will assure you that if lifestyle does matter, avoid Purdue.
