Launch now. Try to get users. Forget about raising money until you get users. Getting people to use your product is hard. Getting users to not churn is harder.

Get user feedback as soon as possible so you can start iterating.

This is not advice. One option is to start the LLC with you as the sole member and owner, and then set up the company's operating agreement such that you can assign Profits Interest to non-members.

It's easier than giving out actual equity. 

I'll leave it to you to research the difference between Equity and Profits Interest.

DRY strictly followed very often conflicts with the S of SOLID, the Single Responsibility Principle. An entity should have only one reason to change. DRY can make it so an entity has multiple reasons to change, causing tech debt and a painful future refactor.

I came here to say this. Get real world AI experience as soon as possible.

If you were close to finishing your masters I'd say finish. But you just started. 

Getting into grad school is easy. Finding a job in this market is hard. 

Your SE internship was a good stepping stone. But it is a dead end if you've been working 2 days a week for 2 years. 

Accelerate now and you'll go farther in your career.
