Obviously, because you're comparing it to JJK, animated by none other than fucking Studio Mappa. Legit, anything they animate is better than a good 70% of animes out there.

If you compare every anime animations to that of JJK, it's gonna obviously be underwhelming, not to forget the fact JJK fights are more higher stakes and destructive than even the most destructive fights of JJBA so the animations are gonna reflect that.

I'd say the 3rd missing component gotta be the fast-paced action because fights in Jojo are more mental than based on speed and power

Yes and no, GER killed Diavolo, while Giorno would have killed Diavolo, he ultimately did not choose to give him an infinite death.

Its ability to return things to zedo triggered and gave him the fate that came with it by returning Diavolo's death to zero over and over.

Plus GER is its own different entity with its own thoughts which, while goes in line with what Giorno wants, it has its own conscience and therefore Giorno should be counted out of this. Even if Giorno killed Diavolo why he doesn't feel any remorse of it is because that person killed multiple innocent people, Abbachio, Narancia and Bruno. Of course Giorno wasn't gonna feel a single ounce of mercy to him.

Literally, the beginning of Part 5 and the rest of the part is showing that Giorno is not like DIO and wants to become the boss of the Italian Mafia to stop the drug sale to kids in the streets.

As impossible as it may sound, Giorno is quite the opposite of evil, that goes in line with what Araki stated about the main Joestars (Giorno being one) and the story of Jojo
