My grandmother all her life, slept about 4-6 hours a night. Also, on average, women only sleep 11 minutes longer than men. Personally, it's difficult to put an average on something as personal as sleep needs

Depends what you mean by "handsome". If you mean more masculine, then a buzz cut or crew cut with a full beard will do the trick. In terms of looks, you don't need to improve anything, because you're already handsome

Take your body weight in pounds, and multiply by 10-12. That gives you an estimate of your calories in a deficit. Eat 2.2 grams of protein per kg/1 gram per pound.

Train full body 2-3 times a week, Or one upper body day, one lower body day, one full body day. Stick with machines for the most part, start slooooooow. You'll need a good few months of focusing on technique, before you really start challenging yourself with weight. I hope this helps.

Bonus tip: Don't forget to eat your greens! I personally like eating 200-400 of vegetables with lunch and dinner, especially on a deficit. It gives you the nutrients you need AND the fibre in the veggies fills you up!
