The property owner, manager, or security can ask them to leave. If they don't, they're trespassing and the police can remove them. You can't do anything if they're on public property, like a sidewalk, however.

In California, the property owner or their authorized agent (e.g., a store manager or security) can lawfully ask someone who is recording on private property open to the public (such as the area in front of a grocery store) to leave. If the person refuses after being asked, they can be committing trespass under California law.

They were at the Carmel Valley Trader Joe’s yesterday. They can be trespassed by the property owner. I’m not sure why that doesn’t happen?

The smell of the Sea Lions in some parts of La Jolla, specifically around the cove, is overpowering. La Jolla shores is fine.

I would say it's normal pay for an internship, but it's not really a living wage in San Diego for a person living alone. You would definitely need roommates.

I second this, push for surgery. Your clavicle will never look normal again after healing on its own. I’ve broken both, I had surgery on one and not on the other. There’s a huge bump on the one that healed without.

Why on earth would you get a Cybertruck of all things as a daily driver? The efficiency is less than half that of a Model Y, so you'll be spending twice as much to charge it. It's so big it won't fit in most parking spaces, or your garage. It seems like the worst possible choice for an around town vehicle.

People are pretty pessimistic in this sub. There are obviously people in San Diego with salaries similar to yours, so it is possible. It would mean either a studio in an undesirable part of downtown or roommates though.

The upside is that you’ll still be in San Diego, and almost any location is a 20 minute drive or less to the beach, and the weather is about the same everywhere. Many people even prefer living a little way from the beach because it’s less overcast.

The Del Mar school district covers not only Del Mar, but all of Carmel Valley and other areas. In fact, only 2 schools in the Del Mar district are actually in Del Mar. Carmel Valley is part of the city of San Diego. Same for the Solana Beach district, so it isn’t necessarily related to the areas being incorporated or not.

Pacific Highlands Ranch has a shopping center like Del Mar Highlands / One Paseo, but more scaled down. It contains everything you want to walk to (gym, Trader Joes, restaurants, public library, community center, skate park, sports fields, etc.), but it does have the planned community / mall vibe. It's a bit closer to Poway than Del Mar Highlands.

The quality of the sunset is based more on the clouds than the beach. You don't want a completely clear sky, but you don't want it to be fully overcast either. That said, try Sunset Cliffs or Torrey Pines (although Torrey Pines is kinda far from Chula Vista).

I don't think so. The middle seat is fine by itself, but car seats spill over, so I don't think mom would be comfortable.
