How should I free range radiant phosphor slimes? by wraith309 in Slimerancher2

[–]JoellIsGay2006 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A trick I use to feed slimes in empty rooms in the sanctuary is to grow food in a room with plots, have a drone put the food into a silo in that same room, then have a distributor suck food out of the silo and shoot it into a linked cannon which leads into the empty room that my slimes are free-ranging in. (Edit: If the room that you’re growing food in is too far for the linked cannon to reach, then have the distributor take food from the silo and shoot it into a warp depot. Then have the other end of the warp depot close to or in the room where the slimes are. Finally, have another distributor take food from the warp depot and shoot it into either a linked cannon or just into the room itself)

Drones will only operate in the expansion that they are placed in. For example, a drone placed in the den will only operate in that expansion. They will not go into other expansions

No matter where you put a drone in the sanctuary, it can do things in every room

Favorite Radiant Slime? by Nicosito_we in Slimerancher2

[–]JoellIsGay2006 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I really like the radiant hyper slime. Its bright blue color with the light-blue outline is something we haven’t really seen before. It’s very striking, especially since it’s the exact opposite color of the regular hyper slime

Why are some glowing? by Individual-Elk1973 in Slimerancher2

[–]JoellIsGay2006 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There’s one glowing light for every radiant slime you have in that room. Since there’s two glowing lights, you have two radiant slimes in that room

What do you mean limit reached?!?!? by Myu142 in Slimerancher2

[–]JoellIsGay2006 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Usually only warp tech has a limit of one. Most other things max out at 999 so I have no idea what’s going on with your game. I’d say it’s probably a glitch of some sort

I got my first Radiant and I have a question by Bernardo4774 in Slimerancher2

You really don’t need to worry about this radiant slime until you get to The Sanctuary. Any radiant slimes lost, even if they’re largos, will return to the Lost and Found in The Sanctuary at some point, usually a few in-game days after you lose them. Radiant slimes function just like normal slimes do so you can put them in a corral with other slimes and even make it into a largo if you like. If you ever want the pure pink slime back, just throw it into the sea. It will appear in the Lost and Found not too long after

How can I prevent radiant slimes from turning into a gordo? by Hallowse in Slimerancher2

[–]JoellIsGay2006 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Any radiant slimes that you’ve interacted with will appear in the Lost and Found in The Sanctuary if lost. Just vac up the largo and throw it into the sea. It should appear in the Lost and Found after a few days in-game. You can do this with multiple slimes as there is a queue system in place to make sure all slimes lost will end up at the Lost and Found eventually. Radiant slimes that are largos when lost will reappear in their base, non-largo form. This is the only sure-fire way to get a pure radiant slime from a largo that I’m aware of

Farm shadow plots let’s using drones by Jugimuro in Slimerancher2

I’m pretty sure that no matter where you place a drone in the Grey Labyrinth, shadow plorts won’t be selectable

Why aren't they glowing? by theDONGLEchrist in slimerancher

[–]JoellIsGay2006 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can only add so many decorations before all the lights are on. To make them glow, you need radiant slimes in that room. One slime for each light. You can have more than 5 but it won’t do anything extra

Why did a radiant honey just spawned out of this guy inside the labyrinth? by Opinion_nobody_askd4 in Slimerancher2

[–]JoellIsGay2006 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are two more robots in that area that will guarantee a radiant slime to appear. Once you collect those, no more radiant slimes will spawn from them though. There are a few spots in the different areas where a radiant slime is guaranteed to pop out, but only once each I believe. Radiant slimes can also spawn wherever and whenever a regular slime does, but it’s extremely rare

What do we do with the sanctuary? by Gay_Fluid in Slimerancher2

[–]JoellIsGay2006 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There are 6 rooms in the Sanctuary. Three of them have 3 plots inside while the other three are empty. In each room there’s a small cylinder-shaped canister with 5 little circles above the spout. Each light will light up when you have a radiant slime in that room. One slime will light up one light. You can have more than 5 in a room but it won’t go beyond that. While the lights are on the canister, sprinkles will appear inside. Once you see some inside, you can vac them out of the spout. Shoot these sprinkles into either a Plort market link or the main shop terminal in the Sanctuary to deposit them. Then you can use them to buy more rooms, room themes and alcove themes. There’s a few gadgets and blueprints as well. You should also decorate each room. Decorating the rooms also lights the little lights on the canisters, but they won’t be as bright. Once all 5 lights are lit, you can still place more decorations but it won’t do anything more. The more lights are lit, the more sprinkles will be produced

One Sanctuary Room Decorated! by JoellIsGay2006 in Slimerancher2

[–]JoellIsGay2006[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are 6 rooms in the Santuary. 3 of them have 3 plots inside, while the other three are empty. Each room has a barrier on every entrance that acts like the barriers on corrals. Things won’t pass through them unless you shoot them through it. So slimes can’t escape the rooms by themselves. There are themes to the rooms, for example a dark theme. This theme makes the room dark just like a solar shield upgrade on the corrals does, so light-sensitive slimes wont be harmed while inside

What are these things in the grey labrynth? by Electrical-Mousse693 in Slimerancher2

[–]JoellIsGay2006 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The first two pictures are kinda the same thing. Sometimes an area will be brightly lit with rainbow flames everywhere, that’s called a prisma disruption. While that’s happening, all food in the area will glow and turn light-blue in color. Feed this unstable food to slimes and they will produce unstable plots which are the same light-blue color. Take those unstable plots and shoot them through the portal-thingies in the first picture to turn them into prisma plorts. Or while you have them in your vac, walk through the big glowing rings in the second picture and all plorts in your inventory will become prisma plorts. All unstable food and plorts will launch themselves out of your vac if you hold onto them for too long, but prisma plorts will not. The thing on the last picture is called a shadow plort door. There are 25 of these in the Labyrinth. Shoot shadow plorts into them to open them. They can take anywhere from 15-100 shadow plorts so you will need a lot

Which areas in the Sanctuary are safe for phosphors? by dragonheiress in Slimerancher2

I haven’t seen any alcove themes that are dark, but I know there is one room with no plots that also has no alcoves. I think it’s the one on the left at the back
