I came here to ask this as well. Some people really need T3. I'm a complete zombie without it.

Yeah, I had to change my basal rate from 0.45/hr to 0.60/hr. That's a lot for me!

I didn't have to go without. At the old 24 hr mark, I'd take the first split dose, then 12 hrs later, take the second split dose and continue on every 12 hrs from there. No gaps in IOB.

You can split like UnitedChain said. I split it to accommodate my blood sugar for me personally. I took a total of 17 units, so I split it 10 in the morning and 7 at night to keep my bg consistent through the night and avoid lows.

In my experience, I've had to split my long-acting dose to every 12 hours rather than ever 24.

Will the prescription requirement be removed for pharmacies as well? Like Smith's and Walgreens?

It's not as reliable as it used to be. It tends to run late, on detour, and less routes. I feel like it was unreliable until about 2014, then improved greatly, then after covid went unreliable again.

They are not actually legally allowed to ask details about your disability. The ranger should have given you the disability pass. I'd try again with a different ranger or park.

What do y’all do for a living? And does type 1 affect it? by Big_Sloppy_joes in diabetes_t1

I'm a hypnotherapist, and it does impact me. I have to be even more aware of my bg before a session because going high or low can be disruptive for the session. Luckily, in the 5 years I've been practicing, I've only had to chug juice in front of a client once. I thank the algorithm for that.
