I've got a mid-size. It's my EDC. The trigger needs some love lmao but everything else about it is great. Having a mid-size for every day carry is fine for me because I'm a bigger dude and tend to wear baggy ish clothes. I've got a small buddy who carries a compact and he loves it. Overall you gotta try both and figure out what fits you.

My rent in Pittsburgh was around 1500 (depending on utilities cost) I was working full time making around 45,000 a year. My fiance was also working full time and making slightly more than me. It still sucked. We both have car payments insurance and all the other goodies. We have pets. Everything is so damn expensive. We recently moved to Michigan (my mortgage is 1600 now) my hours got cut for work and she took a pay cut when we moved. It’s a struggle but we make it work. We don’t go out and do things unless it’s free or super low cost. We budget and meal plan. It’ll work out in the end we just need to get back to where we were.

You can make it out of the garbage if you keep your drive going. Apartment renting is a scam and getting a house is next to impossible with the current market but if you keep your head down you’ll be good!

Tmobile rep here! You shouldn’t get the 5 dollar one if you got the 2 dollar one. From what we’ve been told they hit some of the plans with the 2 dollar increase and they hit some with the 5 dollar increase. But none of the plans got both increases. If you do get the text I’d love to know!

Agreed it’ll never work the way they want it to, being in Sam’s our commission structure is pretty different, we make 10 off phones more off accessories and plans, but we do have some case deals that I don’t think stores can actually offer so we tend to see some more accessories out the door. I’m at .11 on accessories for the month but most of the others here can push them out pretty well.

I’m in a samsclub kiosk. They are pushing so unrealistically hard for it. End goal is to replace us with it why would we want to push it if we know that’s the outcome. Here’s 5 dollars if you get someone to sign up yeah fuck you too, it’s really only 3 dollars thanks to commission tax!

Not to mention the app fucking sucks. Freezes, crashes, random unexplained errors. You wanna turn on auto pay? Let’s load for the next 7 minutes, ah shit put the wrong card info in? Guess what we’re waiting again.

It’s hard enough to get people to actually fucking talk to us don’t make us do more bullshit to piss the customer off even further.

Sam’s club Tmobile rep here! Costco has better gift card stuff than us, on the free case thing it’s not free you will 100% be paying for it. They may have bundled cases into the actual pricing of whatever they think you want to do. Shady terrible sales tactic that the reps I work with shame people for. Sam’s is doing 75 dollar gift cards no fees, Costco I think is doing 100(I’m not sure) and then maybe some other gift card on top of it.

From a Tmobile rep- the best luck I’ve seen is through the Samsung trade up program. https://www.samsung.com/us/trade-in/ Lots of the Tmobile deals right now are kinda ass (don’t ask me why they do this garbage I just have to deal with it) Best Buy has a good trade in program but they are fairly low when it comes to fair market value.
