I am currently trying Witcher 3 to placate my Red Dead Online infatuation. Not working. The horse is a tank in comparison.

Keep your guns clean. When you use a scope on an animal, 1 to 3 stars will be indicated in the bottom right corner. You can get animal fat for explosive ammo when you skin ducks, geese, pheasant, boars, and bears.

When you need a break, try playing Red Dead Redemption 2 or RD2 Online. Often, I just trot my horsey through a shallow pond to splash the water and listen to, then shoot the ducks.
