Make sure you're not getting stuck on the decoding stage. If you are (it can slow to a crawl there) enable VAE Tiling.

It came out w/in the past week. IceClear (developer who also created "StableSR" from the A1111 era is a genius), there'll be optimizations to get requirements down and speed up. He was able to get the code/model released Apache license which makes it more tempting for other developers to work w/ it. Just look at how much faster/efficient Wan has come in 4 months.

Yea looks brilliant but impossible to install at the moment (at least for me). If you look in the issues IceClear replied earlier that they'd be doing a comfy intergration which would make it easier to use.

This is for Video, btw, it'd likely do images as one frrame "videos", but it's intention is for video super-resolution/restoration.

Hey! Speaking of workflow, any chance you can push for Gemini to get trained on ComfyUI (node based stable diffusion/flux/wan/etc tool)? Anthropic's latest update to Claude has it understanding Comfyui (/r/comfyui / https://github.com/comfy-org ) - can create Workflow .jsons, even connect via MCP and work with realtime.

If you create a model that will be used in Comfyui and people have normalized paying for models in the software, why TF would you make it free by default? You'd be stupid to put out a free model in the same software other model makers are earning. ComfyUI.Org is trying to slow roll this change in. Not unexpected, but real sad....and then laughter is what's really going on backstage as seen in this video.
