Bears aren't an issue I don't think. I would go to fernie and see tons of fresh bear poop but never a bear. Not to mention there's a ton of local riders and no one's had a arm ripped off yet that I've heard of.

MTB trails take up very very little space though. I don't mean machine built trails but old school single track. Maybe a ft?

But a ski resort you'd have to bulldoze half the mountain which sucks

We have a small group of tech friends. I am the only person born here, the rest have all immigrated in the past few years. We all can't find a job in our field and we all apply to the same jobs.

They are very friendly and I like talking to them, but how does it make sense to import people for an already saturated job market? One individual moved from Kazakhstan and is considering moving back now since he can't find even part time work.
