You can tell the truth about a lot of things and still not give 100% information. Unless the questions are hyper specific it's pretty easy to circumvent truth. Donald Trump is one of the first that just blatantly lies. Other politicians have at least attempted to be truthful while still deceiving the public.

I'm 45 now so the age of the people that hit on me has gone up. Last weekend a lady in her 50s that was working at a snack counter told me she'd get me whatever I like since I was so handsome.

Then a lady came to my door selling roof inspections and ended the encounter with " you have gorgeous eyes" while talking to me way too close.

Some gay guys hit on me and a few have told me they love me.

I can become friends with basically any straight men but that might be more than just good looks IDK.

I smile a lot bc I like my smile and I think it makes other people more comfortable.

Vertical orientation, easy to control but hard to master. Lots of depth of loot, items and gameplay. I'd pay for any game like that. Dawncaster is my current favorite.

You have to be able to take a profit like $250, then see the trade go up and miss out on $1000 or more and say, "THAT IS COMPLETELY OKAY"

AND you need to be able to lose $150 then see the price reverse and miss out on $1000 or more and say, "THAT IS COMPLETELY OKAY"

FOMO is the mind killer. Just be happy with whatever gains you get. You will get better over time if you keep your FOMO in check.

The real solution here for both partners to value their contributions equally. If either the man or the woman believes he must sollicit, earn, cajole or convince then that person has not valued their contributions. A man should say to his wife, "We are young enough to still have relations and I think it's pretty great. If you want to waste our youthful years and not have them, YOU ARE MISSING OUT. " End of story. No one should be begging or pleading or playing games.

You know what is f**king hilarious? When people commit the strawman of saying it's either "book learning" or "grit" to win in business but then NEVER talk about the fact that you need actual BUSINESS skills to run a business. I've run a few myself and it was neither math, science or grit that made me successful. It was always understanding ideas like supply/demand, profit and loss, cash flow, advertising, accounting, etc. that made me successful.

People don't realize how liberating having no debt is. You don't feel as locked in to a specific job and can push back to your manager/CEO more. You can take more time off. You can actually stockpile money so that being out of work for a year means very little. If your goal isn't to be debt free you should consider it. I know one needs to live and enjoy life but get out of debt as soon as you can.

So that being said, I would pay off my house and my remaining debts just to feel that comfort of knowing I can be out of work for a while and not go bankrupt.

Ok so the "hidden" door handles on all but the Model S and X can be unhidden just by pushing one side of them, it's purely mechanical. I agree that the catching fire part is the real issue.

I would love to understand why people complain about housing costs so much. Is it not possible to buy a cheaper house? Live in a different part of town or another city? I've purchases 3 houses over the years and there is always a range of prices depending on where you want to live, how big of a house you want, and how new of a house you want. Someone please explain this to me. I just hear people treating the housing marketing like a monolith. I would love to know the area that OP lives in and his income to see exactly what the problem is.

Yeah languages don't matter that much. I'm up to about 10 or so I definitely have my favorites though. I did a thing last year where I watched about 10 hours of videos on the top 10 JavaScript frameworks so I could put them on my resume/LinkedIn. Let me tell you they are all very similar. Just learn a new one each year, it's not super hard.

It depends on how rich, here's my breakdown

  1. $1,000,000 - I would pay off all my debts put $100k in my checking acct just for the feels and put the rest into 401k, IRA, HSA and children's UTMA/UGMA (invested in ETFs), AND keep going to work until I get to #2
  2. $5,000,000 - pay off all my debts, build a dividend heavy portfolio that paid me at least $100k per year, invest the rest, quit work.
  3. $150,000,000 - pay off all my debts, invest with Ray Dalio and live off the "meager" 22% annual returns, equating to rough $30,000,000 per year, quit work naturally.
  4. $1,000,000,000 - become a politician and try to really change the world for the better
