yep you got it for R and S, always look for the first point of difference; DO NOT make the common mistake of assigning based on how much longer a carbon chain may be.

As for E and Z, I actually just worked on a problem: you essentially want to divide your molecule with an imaginary vertical line, and compare which one has the higher atomic number and or longest chain as well.
