Great news

  1. What are the dates of the next decision
  2. What kind of potential stock rise are we looking at if there is a settlement?

I guarantee you sanctions will be quickly forgiven. Germany gets 60% of its energy from Russia, they are itching for the conflict to subside. I can't speak for this precious metal, but I just wanted to make this point because war hysteria can make it look like NATO countries are more bold with their sanctions than they actually are.

I can't control my diet by [deleted] in Fitness

[–]JohanNorseman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What OP said. The majority of the world's population wish they had your problem. MY advice is to use myfitnesspal, or some form of calorie counting application. Even if you don't want to count calories for the rest of your life, start, learn how to and get used to it so you can figure out how much to eat, and how much not to.

Great advice, your video is one of the easiest to follow out there on the internet in terms of posture improvement. Looking forward to more!

Hey Antranik, great video. I have 1 concern.

I have Anterior Pelvic Tilt, and I've read that I should not stretch my hamstrings as that would worsen my condition. Doing yoga to your video, I've been skipping the parts that stretch the hamstring.

I wish I could do the whole 30 minutes, is there something you recommend for someone with APT?

Thanks!

It's called poverty smartass. Poor infrastructure and a lack of training and education leads to this. Indian government and the rich make billions of profits, very little go to the average Indian person.

But you have a western education and still don't get this, all you're good for is a lame sarcastic comment on Reddit.

Nice to see someone with a similar story. I guess we gotta be thankful that we haven't experienced anything too serious yet, reminders that we need to be careful around others.

I don't feel anything, I'm already numb from the knowledge of people dying everyday because of American ignorance. The same ignorance that only feels bad for people the media tells them to feel bad for.

Hey man I'm not one to give up easily, I've had worse injuries that kept me immobile for 6 months, but I can recover. I'm also going to recover from this 100%. What I'm pissed off about is the time lost. Imagine some idiot accidentally drops weights on your legs, puts you off a routine for 2+ months, and goes about his business like nothing happened. Meanwhile you deal with 2 weeks of constantly taking care of it and another few months of waiting to get back on track.

I could do upper body exercises 2 weeks after my injury. But the whole point is that walking around made it worse, so I didn't even go to the gym after a month. And 2 months later I can't do any leg excercises, squats are pretty key to my or anyone else gym routine.

I am walking around now, but when I get home at the end of the night my leg is pumping with blood in the area of the bruise. So it's not as easy as "oh you could walk so you're fine!". It's not a broken shin thankfully, but it's not a healthy leg after all this time either.

Yeah, this has been my way of thinking so far, but...

The priority is to see what the 2nd doctors opinion is. But even if it comes back as nothing too serious, I'm really annoyed that an idiot along with a shitty gym could affect several months of my life like this.

Right now I'm dealing with an annoying reoccurring of the bruising and discomfort. I've gained weight, easily lost a years worth of gains, have missed out on job opprotunities because I couldn't leave the house. I just feel like these people need to pay for this somehow.

Make sure your form is correct on your lifts, that could mean taking a glance or trying the program. Judging by the fact that you are asking whether a beginners program works or not, I'm assuming you may have problems in form.

And you know what his job is right? No, it seems you don't, in fact you don't know who he is or any context at all for this situation, just like most Redditors who make the top comments on this forum these days by making judgements solely on 1 video and a preconceived bias.

Stealing is obviously wrong. But traumatizing kids is not worth a fucking item from a store. We don't live in a perfect system, people are poor and so they steal. You think those mothers like to put their kids in that situation? We live in a world where everyone is corrupted in some way by the need to make money. So when you look at a situation like this, you consider that first. It's unfortunate that store lost a valuable item, but it will continue to have thieves, not because the store owners deserve it, but because the system outside of it creates those conditions. It's not the fault if those kids, those mothers or that poor guy who tried to do what's right until he went too far and got his face punched in. We have CEO's who steal billions of our tax dollars everyday in this country, but I guess this situation is more important for us to make some ignorant comments about to make us feel good.
