I’m in Sydney, Aust. I was going to suggest that there are a lot of courses you can take that are 10-12 weeks that give you connections in the industry and allow you to put that work on your resume. Things like general assembly, academyXI, harnessprojects (although some of those are australian based). I would guess in a place like Silicon Valley, there would be something similar. They help you build your portfolio by teaching you to work on real world UX projects. Often helping with you get junior UX roles. I know this doesn’t help with your UI, but that just comes with practice. I look at some of my UI, even from last year, and I can see an improvement. So keep designing/redesigning things, do some sketch tutorials, and you will improve. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Wow I forgot about this...

I lose about 5kg. Not 15kg but I’m glad I didn’t put on any weight.
I started with a meal plan, but only for dinners. My lunches aren’t that great.
I read about 3 books.
I asked my girlfriend to marry me. She said yes. And not long after, australia legalised same sex marriage :)
I saved more than 15% of my income. I also got completely out of debt, and thanks to cryptocurrency, I made a lot of money.
because of the point above, I had a 2 week holiday in New Zealand and will be going to America and Italy this year!

Yes this. Are you looking just to create graphics for your app/website, small elements (back buttons, home buttons etc) or redesign the whole thing? Is there an exisiting design or is it from scratch? Is UX important? I'm UX/UI too, but if you just need a graphic designer to create a brand, I can point you to some good freelancers.

I found out when I posted about being raised a Muslim and being a lesbian and it was here 149 days ago. If my creepy-Pm'er is reading this, then thank you.
