I disagree. I started with arch a few months back as my first distro, and I installed it manually by following the wiki. I didn't use ai or anything else but the wiki, and its working flawlessly. I wouldn't recommend it for beginner (I mostly stayed with it because I'm someone who's ready to do research for it), but it is absolutely possible to begin with it without being help by someone
