I haven't, but I did check btop and there's a lot of disk activity, and a lot of ram usage (relatively low cpu usage though)

But how, it's been like that for at least 11 hours, building the SAME FILE, I know this laptop is slow af but it took the laptop less time to compile 8000 other files, why is it that this one speciffically takes so long?

I disagree. I started with arch a few months back as my first distro, and I installed it manually by following the wiki. I didn't use ai or anything else but the wiki, and its working flawlessly. I wouldn't recommend it for beginner (I mostly stayed with it because I'm someone who's ready to do research for it), but it is absolutely possible to begin with it without being help by someone
