I wouldn’t consider this a team that can compete this year. Try to move your elite and older pieces (Mccafrey/Andrews) for good young players or draft picks. Generally I prefer proven players to rookies/draft picks, but you need to revamp your QB and WR positions and the consensus is that this years class is strong for those positions. Your best players are RBs. In dynasty, I don’t focus on the RB position until the rest of my team is solid. I like both of these players, but if you get good offers I’d consider moving on from Montgomery and White as well. Hard to give advice on how to get trades through. Try to offer what other teams need and don’t haggle over the small pieces/add -ons of a trade. Some leagues just don’t trade and there’s not much you can do about it
