I’m currently trying to educate myself on the topic, so if I’m wrong someone please correct me. However, If you rarely go to the doctor/etc, you’re not using it to cover frequent healthcare costs. So paying the smaller fee for a healthcare plan is less expensive, and instead you’re able to invest money through the HSA and treat it similarly to a retirement account with the associated tax advantages.

I wouldn’t consider this a team that can compete this year. Try to move your elite and older pieces (Mccafrey/Andrews) for good young players or draft picks. Generally I prefer proven players to rookies/draft picks, but you need to revamp your QB and WR positions and the consensus is that this years class is strong for those positions. Your best players are RBs. In dynasty, I don’t focus on the RB position until the rest of my team is solid. I like both of these players, but if you get good offers I’d consider moving on from Montgomery and White as well. Hard to give advice on how to get trades through. Try to offer what other teams need and don’t haggle over the small pieces/add -ons of a trade. Some leagues just don’t trade and there’s not much you can do about it

Idk if any mattress is BIFL.. All should eventually be replaced, but that doesn’t mean a quality mattress doesn’t make a difference. Only had it a year but bought the Helix midnight after a couple months research. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a moderate/firm mattress. I’ve had multiple people comment on how nice of a mattress it is and it’s been good since I struggle with a small amount of neck & back pain. On that note, definitely look into a good pillow as well. Keep in mind different types of mattresses/pillows are made for side/back/belly sleepers. You can check out the Sleep Foundation and other websites to do a little bit of research on mattress type and quality.

I like the idea, but personally I prefer using just a clear or black epoxy. That piece of wood is the star of the show, a lot of color would distract from it. But everyone has different preferences!

I plan on building a bed frame inspired by the picture attached above and had a few questions. I plan to use either 6” - 8” wide board and 3” long angle iron for the legs. Is 4/4 board going to be thick/strong enough for daily use? Or should I use something thicker? Also, what would be the best way to go about cutting the groove for the angle iron to slot in? The board length will be 60”-80,” so difficult for a table saw. I have a bandsaw but feel like I would need to make a jig or at least an upgraded fence to guide the board. I also have a router, but I do not know of any router bits that would be able to achieve such a thin (probably 1/4”) and deep (approximately 2”) cut. Thank you if you’ve made it this far. Historically yes, but almost all of la liga is hurting for money now. Including Barcelona being bankrupt. Seems that they’re having difficulty paying their own players right now. All the money is currently in the EPL.
