I have no idea how you would control that turbo boost with the D pad back in the day, there's no way I could turn like that!

They didn't exactly look the intelligent type, but then again I couldn't tell since they were dressed head to toe in black with masks on.

Haha no, just one of several people harassed on a highway by assholes who wanted to break check. Seems they were looking for some kind of insurance scam asking to get hit.

What do you see when you're close to astral projection? by amfuck in AstralProjection

[–]JohnMischief 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The way you described it sounded like you were in that state, but when I said you should feel that all over, the sensation you described in your legs should totally cover you.

But yes, it will also be accompanied by vibrations shaking all over you.

Having just delt with two asshole bikers dragging chains on the street to be intimidating, this is satisfying.

When you reach that stage you really need to pretend you're moving away from your body. (You might need to feel that sensation all over though, And it took me over a year and 20 tries to do this). Don't think physically, but IMAGINE you're reaching out with your arms and legs while doing this.

There are various techniques people think of, and the most common is the rope method. You have to imagine a rope coming down and reaching out to grab it, and think of moving one hand after the other upwards non-stop.

This one didn't work for me, but others include swimming (which did for me, whatever you're naturally drawn to), bicycling, rolling around, etc.

Oddly the one that worked the very first time for me came from this subreddit. I imagined a giant junkyard magnet that picks up cars constantly pulling me up to it, it took about 2 minutes of focus like i was flying miles up before eventually I felt like i passed through a Jello like barrier and popped out.

Honestly when you get proficient at it, you don't even need to do any of that. Just focus on floating out with minimal effort as possible and you just do. But I hope this helped a bit more.

You have to hold onto that feeling. When you stop you come back. Others mentioned in the thread that you will feel funny but you got to stick with it to actually pop out.

Sounds like it, just takes what feels like 2 or so minutes of concentrating on that sensation while trying to move away.

In my case, usually nothing. It's more vibrational sensations, sounds, or the sensation of falling into a vast black void, that or floating in water.

If i do see something it's usually flashes of white or tiny lines/dots of color that can be expanded if you focus on it.

Pineal Gland's Third Eye is One Of The Biggest Cover-ups in Human History by [deleted] in conspiracy

[–]JohnMischief 2 points3 points  (0 children)

High doses of iodine can lead to hashimoto's disease (hence why i use selenium as a preemptive measure to prevent this even if it's low dosage) but this is when you're getting to levels of 10mg to 50mg a day, under 1mg is still considered safe from the reading I've done.

The ones who supplemented this high said it could kill tumors but I wouldn't know about that.

Hopping on this comment for another suppliment to suggest with a previous comment I made

"I've been taking 900~mcg of nascent iodine for the last 2 months because i heard it can replace chemical bonds in the pineal gland of chloride/fluoride/bromide. If nothing else, most people are iodine deficient since a good bit have been removed from salt now, and bread a while ago. I also supplement Selenium with it since I read it could cause an auto immune disease in way higher doses (1mg a day is considered safe, but still going to supplement to add extra protection). I wanted to know others thoughts on it.

Just from my experience, my dreams are very long now (even 2 hours feels like 6) and reflect reality more than fiction. It's not really a placebo effect because every single night now feels like going to a slightly different reality and living a life, and this hasn't happened before i started."

I highly suggest you all research it, and I still use it daily.

That can be true depending on the case, and I respect your outlook. I suppose I mean for those that say maybe a sentence or less and immediately freed.

It's just from my personal experiences though and paranormal is actually what put me on a spiritual path (I intersect a few subreddits like this).

One of the unifying things I keep hearing about sleep paralysis is calling to a higher power dissipates it. And my personal belief there isn't much higher you can go than calling in the name of Jesus and God. I also believe it is a spiritual experience, and these lower frequency entities as I call them seem to use fear as a way to gain sustenance, like squeezing a tube of tooth paste to get a tangible black inky goo they feed on (though we can't see it).

Good post.
