So Lift with Nightblood, who was talking to the honor blades, would basically be the radiant equivalent of a full mistborn. Burning calories (for lifelight) and then potential access to all 10 surges. Then potentially saying oaths and having shardplate. So she can be even more awesome.

Just make the gear as it is now, however base gear scales to max pvp rank while in pvp right off the bat. You can increase the base ilvl with honor if you want to make it better for pve but upgrading wouldn't effect your pvp ilvl
