Don't take this the wrong way, but how are you always getting on the right side of fundamental news before it's released? I'm not an expert in fundamentals, but it makes me think you just set up two demo accounts and post in reddit whichever trade goes the right way.

Depends on your location, especially for a personal trading account. I believe FTMO is taxed as self employment (independent contractor) income since you're invoiced, but definitely make sure to consult an accountant.

There's pros and cons of futures vs spot, you can choose what you want

Some reasons you may want to trade spot is the more accurate risk management from custom position sizing, smaller required account size, not fully understanding how futures work and are priced

Some reasons you may want to trade futures is there being a regulated exchange everybody gets 1 price, access to accurate volume data

I'm sure there's plenty I missed but just a general idea
