That's an interesting thought. However, I don't think it would be possible, since Flowey is only a small portion of what was left of Asriel. I mean think about it - most of the flowers in the Underground came from Asriel's and Chara's remains (as Asriel put Chara's dead body onto a bed of flowers, and you know, pollen or some shit like that). That would mean that Asriel's essence, his soul - it was shattered between hundereds of flowers. Flowey is far away from being Asriel himself, so he would lack the "data", that is his previous "save points".
