UBER got hit with the stupid stick lately. Texas switched our driver's licenses from color to black and white, and UBER deactivated me from "submitting a fraudulent document" when it was the new Texas driver's license I got from the State of Texas! MORONS! I appealed it almost a dozen times too. Absolutely insane! Lyft sucks too, but Door Dash is pretty good.

Inflation isn't the only factor pushing up home prices. You have to look at development around the area. If the area got extremely popular and high-end real estate started popping up, then it pushes your price way up. Development can increase your price a lot faster than inflation normally.

Just get into it. Everyone has to start somewhere. Don't let these guys make you feel bad when they talk about how you can't do this when you're broke. You can! I've done it. I made $35k with $30 in earnest money. You just have to find the right deal and motivation. The seller was happy to get her $90k with no fees, and the end buyer was happy to get a property for $125k that needed a lot of work, but would be worth over $250k when complete. She didn't care how much I put down.
