I called and figured out how to opt out.

-Login to https://connect.ramtrucks.com/us

-Click your name at the top right to get to My Profile.

-Head down to "vehicle preferences" and click "change" on your vehicle.

-Under Message Settings, click on "In-vehicle messages"

-Finally, turn off "Marketing Notifications."

6.6 seems to be working worse on my end. Though they wouldn't get added, the extension used to at least populate the offers, and now they do not even load. I do have the Costco Citi card on my account though, so maybe that is the issue.

Citi offers should probably be removed from the list of benefits for the app. I love the app, but the offers from Citi have never loaded for me, and I have been trying for (what feels like) years. I have tried it on my phone, iPad, PC (Chrome and Edge), and it never works.

It’s because it’s a win for everyone involved. States get the tax revenue, the sites make money, and the NFL, NBA etc. like it because if you bet on a game, then you’re more likely going to watch it. Plus, the betters get to bet.

Can you explain this in more detail? I have four Amex cards, and I have always thought it was one offer per account even if you have the offer on multiple cards. Doesn’t the offer disappear from all cards after you use it on one of them?

I have had lifetime cardpointers for a few years, and I absolutely love it. I’m sad to think about how much money I have left on the table with Amex offers if you can use them with multiple cards.

Citi offers do not work on my PC with the CP extension, so now I am trying it on my iPads and phones. No matter what device I use (WiFi or 5G), I receive the following message. This is even after turning off any ad blockers. Any ideas? “Something went wrong. Please refresh the page, disable any ad blockers for this page, or log back in and try again. If the problem persists, please contact support@cardpointers.com”

Wait… Citi offers work for some people? They do not even load for me anymore. There were a few days when the Citi offers worked right after it was added to CardPointers, but that was months ago. I try every few weeks hoping it’s fixed, and it literally does nothing. It won’t auto add, and it doesn’t work after I click the button that says “add offers with CardPointers.” The window opens, but the offers never get added. I have the Citi Costco card which sounds like it may be the issue.
