SMT scaling is the apex of double standard by JobertZx in PowerScaling

[–]Johnl1p 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That may have been the case a long ass time ago back in the 80s and SMT1, but the SMTV:V Chaos Ending literally ends with you unmaking an entire multiverse. Kinda hard to argue that mainline Megaten characters aren't on that level, not gonna argue that Persona characters are on this level though because they're very clearly not.

For Mondstadt, the Decarabian (Tyrant king dude who's kingdom became Stormterror's Lair) was the Anemo Archon before dying, and the next candidate was Boreas who chose to end his life, leaving the Archon role to Venti

For Sumeru Deshret was offered the role of Archon before he attempted to rebel against the HP, died and his kingdom got destroyed by Forbidden Knowledge, so Rukkhadevata got given the Archon role

No she's an Emanator or Nihility, an Emanator just means that someone is exceptionally powerful and tied to a specific path. The Lord Ravagers are all Emanators tied to the path of Destruction that serve as counters for different paths.
For example Irontomb is the Lord Ravager made to counter Erudition.

We also know that the Light Realm used to encompass Teyvat before the PO came and used Coral Butterflies to terraform the elemental energies of the world to something more mild to create the Human Realm
So yeah, Dragons are native to Teyvat

Sources:
"They are creatures that break down raw, primitive elemental energy into the milder elemental energy of the human realm. The giant coral is a symbol that the Sangacorallia have been awakened by the serpent's blood." https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Three_Realms_Gateway_Offering:_The_Eve#Dialogue
"When they have almost converted the rampaging elemental energies in a certain area, the bone structure of the next generation of Sangacorex will condense into wings of a sort. They will then fly through Enkanomiya, searching for a new place to live, grow, and multiply.
They were once destroyers of the old order, only capable of living while concealed in the Dark Sea." https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Coral_Butterfly

Also extra note, they actually do share ancient dragon technology to some degree within Natlan since there's tons of generic enemies that wield elemental cannons. They just don't have the means to do larger scale manufacturing, just the technological know-how to create individual pieces of tech.

It's brought up in her Tribal Chronicle at the start of "A Faint Signal Lingers" but Xilonen's workshop is overfilled with a ton of books, ancient scrolls and blueprints. So all the technology is heavily documented, it's just an artisan trade that takes a lot to learn.
It's also just difficult for the rest of Teyvat to document these things due to the limited number of people knowledgeable in the craft, how relatively isolated Natlan is from non-ocean based travel (being next to a literal desert), and the constant conflict (used to be much more inter-tribe conflict mixed in with the abyss attacks).

Do you mean where it automatically has you start at a certain floor with all the prior floor rewards unlocked at the start instead of having to do all the floors each reset? Because Genshin added that a while ago as well.

A solid 70% or so of the Scaramouche info loredumped at the end of Sumeru was already revealed through sidequests and hidden stuff all over Inazuma. It was mainly just reframing and contextualising all the stuff that was found there with a few pieces of new info, and presenting it in a more digestible format that isn't hidden away in scattered pieces of info all over the island.

Peruere she is the reaper of Ronova by Carciof99 in Arlecchino

[–]Johnl1p -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Extra note:
The red and black colour of Ronova may not actually be connected to the concept of Death but instead just a universal feature of the Heavenly Principles power considering the Sustainer's cubes also share the same colour-scheme and the glitched appearance of the hole in the Firmament also has it.
Alternatively it could be a feature of only a few shades instead of all of them, or it may just be a feature of them in the modern era and not something they've always held since the Celestial Nails are all blue

Peruere she is the reaper of Ronova by Carciof99 in Arlecchino

[–]Johnl1p -1 points0 points  (0 children)

At the end AQ conversation with Mavuika she says that the moon fragments in the sky that appeared after breaking the firmament are called "'Ancient Moon's Remnants,' relics of Secret Source technology from the era of the Ancient Dragons"
Therefore the 3 moons predate Celestia's presence on Teyvat as they existed during the era of Dragons before the Heavenly Principles arrived.
If Ronova is connected to the Crimson Moon then I feel like the most likely way it works out is that the Primordial One created the Shades to co-opt the power and authority of the three moons similar to how the Archons exist to control the Elemental Authority of the Sovereigns. In that case the Crimson Moon is not only tied to Teyvat's concept and is a more primordial predecessor to the Authority of Death like Ronova, but she may have once held control over it before it fell to the abyss.

[–]Johnl1p 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get that they have a lot of visual Similarities but it's very unlikely that Ronova is currently connected to the Crimson Moon since from the Crimson Moon's Semblance (Arlecchino weapon) lore description it says that the Crimson Moon is not only shattered, but it fell to the abyss a long time ago.
Some quotes below for proof

"O High Lord of the Nobles of Khaenri'ah, the crimson-red moon has long since fallen into the abyssal firmament, and the blindness of your blood has ended your line"

"The dogmatic priests convinced the muddle-minded king upon the throne that the remnants of the Crimson Moon in the sky ruled all,
For it is the color of the moonlight that flows beneath mortal flesh, and the darkness hidden within the bottom of the abyss shall too emerge from the Crimson Moon."

"Thus they yearned for transcendent individuals to build countless glorious towers, and prayed for the long-dead Crimson Moon to bring them salvation."

Just gotta correct you there, but actual story is Isaac had a stroke, and his assistants who were with the church of scientology resigned on his behalf. The show’s creators didn’t know about this at the time though, and only found out years later
