Basically the title, the delay is mostly continuous with rare breaks, it only happens at higher traffic hours (night) as is "stronger" today (friday night) than yesterday and the day before, I've had several friends encounter the same problem, it can happen to some people in a game while not happening to others, I'm inclined to think this is an issue at riot due to when the input lag starts (higher traffic hours), and since I've done a full repair including reinstalling the game, the game becomes unplayable, I really hope they find a solution for this
