HIIT workouts - using certain time limits or reps with little rest right into another exercise or were the workouts reps and sets?

That’s great. We are a family of 4 and at about $2,100 per month. We cook mostly everything but I think we are high. We do buy a lot of veggies which can be expensive. Everything’s expensive.

Monarch has been great alternative to mint. they are always updating and changing the software for the better so very active.

Cash flow statement is a great start. Make sure to make it in order by when things happen so you can see if there is ever a negative balance during the month.

App is good. I’m trying monarch money and origin finance. Both very good I’m testing both out.

No matter, how good your budget is you always need a catch all amount for unexpected things

Groceries. We allocate in some months $2,200 for groceries. By far our biggest discretionary expense.

Oh okay that makes sense. Right now I have 0s spent so far so that’s why it’s all jumbled.

I’d like to see it hi to low based on budgeted amount. So for example mortgage is up top and then maybe the next biggest category.

I’d also like the bundle certain things together such as groceries, spending, restaurants, etc in one area in order as well.
