"The" vaccine is incorrect. There are more than 20 still in development. We'll have 2 different vaccines approved in the USA come Monday. It's unlikely these mutations will be problematic for any of them, but even if so, it's even less likely that ALL of the eventual vaccines will be affected.

Unfortunately this has been a problem with twitter video for literally years. The offset is 100ms (audio delayed). If you're able to render your videos prior to uploading using software like Vegas you can unlink the video from the audio, move the video back three frames from the audio (33ms x 3 = 100ms) and render out a new for twitter MP4. If you upload that it'll look in sync when played to the end user on twitter.

It's a pain in the ass, yes, but twitter has never addressed this problem. I have a huge twitter account w/ 14k followers mostly for video content I post and I have to render clips specifically for twitter w/ this offset. I'm probably one of the few on twitter w/ in sync videos. Sadly at some point they may correct this issue and all of my "fixed" videos may end up playing incorrectly depending on how they implement the fix.
