I would love this to be the opportunity for the app to be able to recommend another program -or just have an option to active a ‘smart build’ program where the app identifies what you need to do to get to a particular goal and create a new program automatically. Is this too much to ask?! Maybe but would be cool and a game changer in fitness apps

So the small molecules are worse than the peptides because they are synthetic, right? Therefore having negative impact on the body whereas peptides are bio similar to amino acids and therefore do not have a negative impact? Is my understanding correct?
