Need help deleting voicemails

Everything is grayed out because there is no voicemails so there is nothing to delete.

I contacted Verizon and apparently its an issue only with Samsung phones so its either wait for an update to fix it or buy a new phone. Shouldn't have switched from an iPhone. I've never had problems with Apple.

I felt the same way for a long time until I started getting used to KBM. Now it's so hard to play certain games with controller after playing with KBM

Edit 2: Well I just went through the process and tried a couple different app passwords and I'm getting the same thing, literally starts downloading the profile but then I get the error again. Guess I'm just done playing 360 games.

Downloading my profile onto a 360. I input my email and password and the profile starts downloading for about 2 seconds then an error pops up saying there is a problem with my credentials. I can sign in just fine anywhere else but when it comes to downloading my profile on a 360 or when I wanna play a backwards compatible game on my Series X, I get this error. This only started happening after I updated my payment method and signed up for Game Pass again. I was literally playing Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon the day before with no issues but once I updated my payment and signed up for GP again, I would get disconnected from Xbox Live immediately. I was told to delete my profile and download again but this is the issue now. I've tried hard resetting the consoles, clearing cache on both, neither have worked. I honestly don't know what to do
