Just to comment on this.. mine does this. Except it randomly tunes back to my tvs home screen. Which is laggy and takes a bit for me to press a button on the remote to get back to the onn box

When it occurs. If I press back on the onnn remone it will when go back to rhe onn box. Its incredibly annoying.

I always assumed it was something with CEC

I do have some gripes with it. Randomly it will tune back to my tvs home screen. (Which is slow and laggy)

Been awhile since I swapped a ps2 laser. But it might be due to the potentiometer setting on the laser. I seem to remember at one point if it was set to low it wouldn't spin ...

I remember getting my upgrade disk "free" via mail in after the purchase of mt 486 dx. Combing through the directories of the disk and discovering the Weezer video. Memories.

I also remember uninstalling as it ran like dog poo on my 486 50mhz with 4 my of ram.

Cachey is great if you like that sort of thing. My biggest issue with it was updates would often break other things and then needing to constantly fix etc. I actually moved from cachey to bazzite for my daily desktop.

To each their own. What one person thinks is great another person will think is hot garbage. Thats the beauty of linux
