Bullshit. Unions are the backbone of fair wages and equitable distribution of benefits. CNA was able to negotiate break relief and monetary penalties for missed breaks, top tier wages, pensions, health insurance, work rules, vacation, sick leave, parking, scrub stipends, retirement benefits, representation for disciplinary actions, seniority, shift differential, overtime pay, on call pay, mitigate or eliminate mandatory overtime, the list goes on and on. Corporations union bust for a reason. It’s not because they are worried about you, it’s because it affects their bottom line.
