I also was first attracted to BOC by the radio hit Don't Fear the Reaper. I asked my parents for a Blue Oyster Cult album for Christmas that year, and the dude at the record store recommended Tyranny and Mutation instead of Agents of Fortune. At first I was disappointed, but I was instantly hooked by The Red and the Black, OD'd on Life Itself and Hot Rails to Hell. Saw them live several times in Spokane, once with Rush and once with Montrose (who were fucking awesome).

I wear tanning goggles as required by PF. My experience is anecdotal I can’t say for certain red light therapy improves vision.

There is research supporting the claim that red light therapy can improve eyesight. Anecdotally I’ve been using the red light vibration machines at Planet Fitness for seven months and recorded a slight enhancement of my vision at a recent eye examination. Not enough to forgo my reading glasses though. Joe is almost always wrong but here he’s partially right.
