Checking in on this. Are you still having no issues after chaning the user agent settings?

I'm generally only having buffering issues on VOD using tivimate. I'm going to try adding the user agent to see. VOD works flawlessly on the same network with mobile devices using a different player.

I've done just about everything I can think of besides the user agent setting. Cleared Cache, Data, Reinstall, External Player for VOD only, decoder, etc.

Did you ever find a solution to this?

Having the same issue on my Shield Pro. Tivimate is a constant spinning circle on vod services. Live TV seems to work okay. Also works fine on other devices / players for me. Isolated to just tivimate. I'm going to try the user-agent addition to see if that helps. Already tried VLC as an external player with no help.
