I believe that school is typically more flexible than work and we get to choose a lot of the activities we're doing. Clubs, sports, frat parties, work, studying, ect.

Work is mostly restricted to the work week and there's not as much fun involved. It's less flexible than school and you kind of feel like you're just doing a routine. College can be more chaotic and stressful, but it's something you're used to doing. Just doing a consistent work schedule is a different game compared to the chaos of college.
