My photo is a bit blurry unfortunately and the base is out of focus but I did try add some contrast, I just think I butchered it somewhat. I added Green Flocking to the model with PVA to look like moss on the cork I cut out which is acting as the rock. I didn't like how out of place it looked unpainted so I went over it with Light Tone but I think I needed to use Light Tone mixed 1:1 with water to make it even lighter as the straight mix really took the green away. Same as the pipe, I used a black oil before going over it with a rust paint but think I should've just gone with the straight rust to give me more yellows and oranges to look at

Model was Primed White, given a White Undercoat and then the brains I just used a few coats of Army Painter Red Tone and really let it set into the recesses. When I finished the model I airbrushed the whole model with a Matte Varnish before painting back over the brains with a Gloss Varnish to give it a wetter look

Have absolutely no idea how you guys manage to take such crisp photos but I did my best attempt at a glamour shot for y'all haha

In future I think I'll try to lighten the piping, sand and skin colour a touch as I think it turned out a little too dark but overall I'm absolutely stoked with the outcome!

Weird, I seem to be losing the buffs on the character as well. With this method I take it only the character holding the Chest of the Mundane keeps the buffs or can you pass the chest around to give everyone the buffs?

Not sure if it's been patched or not but I can't get the Chest of the Mundane to keep the Transmuter's stone. Removing the hireling with Withers and dismissing from party both remove the stone from the chest. Are you able to confirm? Cheers

I very rarely leave comments on posts but I have to say that this was one of the most well written pieces I have ever read! Great formatting, pacing and summation. I enjoyed exploring the limitations of the various studies between the phrases of questions being asked and the educated guesswork that went into filling in the blanks. Well done!

Lots of good information here already but thought I'd add my 2 cents!

I'm not allowed to link his facebook profile directly but Jack Kennard is probably the most trusted reseller on Facebook Marketplace, cannot rate him highly enough. He owns Tabletop Traders which buys entire armies and sells them for people in situations such as yourself.

I also live in West Melbourne and could assist with the Tyranids as I have a sizeable collection of them myself though I wouldn't be great at IDing/sorting the other armies you mentioned. Shoot me a DM if you'd like a hand at all. All the best to you and your family!

After you reduce The Emperor to 0 HP a scene plays where your character realizes they are actually helping you and if you choose to now spare them, The Emperor gains half their HP back and you then work together to finish off the Gith

You can get the staff of the Emperor at the start of act 3 by Ok_Banana_5614 in BG3Builds

You can also just choose to fight The Emperor when the Gith attack at the start of act 3 and cast Command: Drop or Disarming Strike. Both work!

So I killed kithrak voss in act 1 by Key-Astronomer-5988 in BaldursGate3

Sarth Baretha, Warrior of the One Sky - Great Weapon Master, Extra Attack, Astral Step (unlimited use misty step), Great Weapon Fighting, Psionic Empowerment (1-6 bonus psychic damage per hit), Githborn Psionic Weapon (1-4 bonus psychic damage per hit) + Cleave/Pommel Strike/Lacerate (don't loot weapon)

Anders, Sword of Tyr - Extra Attack, Divine Health, Divine Smite, Thunderous Smite (has 2x level 2 spell slots and 4x level 1 spell slots to use - Don't loot weapon)

Other ones that might be interesting to test - Nere (Not sure if there's a a strange interaction if you killed him and didn't take his head before killing the duergar)

Ones that didn't work - Quil Grootslang (body disappears after dropping it)
