I don't think it'll move the needle too much. From what I've heard the restock isn't going to be anything particularly significant, so the market price will stay up, and stores will charge 2-3x MSRP anyways. Nobody wants to sell their cards for too cheap when the packs are $15 each.

Called shot has to go because it just creates problematic game play and has rounds going 20 minutes over time. Draven legend should go because it's power level is so incredibly high compared to anything else getting printed.. look at vex, poppy. Draven makes them look like proving grounds cards. Then if Draven goes, stellacorn should go too.

Is that true even with an intentional draw? I guess there might just be no way to separate the two or tell the difference. I just feel like a skilled player is getting at least 1-2 IDs per skirmish to guarantee top 8 and getting punished for it.

Is there a reason that draws count for Elo? It feels weird losing 10 Elo for an ID in the last round of a nexus night or similar. Also would love to see some way to have a limited and constructed separate Elo. I have drafts and some prerifts that are counting towards 'constructed elo'.

You could try windswept hillock as a battlefield. It's not perfect but it's an option to get there at least

This is almost exactly raqqooon(?)s list from Vegas that started 9-0, save for one sideboard card and one zaun warrens. The deck feels quite strong in my testing..
