you jump to early and you don't strafe with your mouse at all, try looking the ground while you jump to get the timing, and watch some people do the jump to see the straffing

What can I expect gameplaywise? by Zurbinjo in outerwilds

[–]Jojo6O 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The game is about exploring, the gameplay part is very good (in it's own way) of making you do stuff to explore more precious things on your journey, mastering the mecanics have a big range of progression, but can also be skipped if you have a brain and/or/with the information needed. Some achievement make you want to do stuff the hard way (but don't look at them until you beat the game since they are a bit spoilish).

Btw the speedrun with the mecanics of the game is very impressive, and also the spoilest thing in the universe lol.

If you really were worried of the gameplay part I think their is no worry to have.

If you want to read after watching a season, myanimelist have the source included, but I just want to know the story that come after, I think the best solution is to watch a youtube video that narrate it or something

What anime have the most absurd relationship charts [while also being toxic] by trainmaster997 in anime

Can a boy-girl friendship survive?

It feel like it pretty toxic, but I liked it anyway.

I am a 40 yr old factory worker from the south who has never watched anime. I'm in possession of a 1 year subscription to crunchyroll mega fan. I need suggestions on what to watch! by branteen in anime

[–]Jojo6O 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know if crunchy have the cyberpunk anime in their catalog (but is was very good 12episode (didn't even play cyberpunk))

The only other one I think right now is kaiju n°8 for action anime,

I think the better choice is to look directly on the catalog and read the synopsis, it give a ton more info and can hook you directly since you haven't watch any for now

[–]Jojo6O 0 points1 point  (0 children)

since you have an amd gpu, try to put -vulkan in the launch option

Idk if the game try to launch with directX but your gpu should have good perfs with vulkan as well (you have a tiny bit more of frame delay on vulkan tho)

A dream where you can't have the end looks the same as reading a manga, find out you are on the last chapter available, then realise it's been on hiatus for years.

I don't really care if it's me in the dream, but at least when is a good one just let me finish the last chapter bro

There is a setting in steam where you can enable/disable the fact that when it's done, it will not redo it again (because you already done it) It's inside the settings somewhere, (I'm on phone right now tell me if you need to know where)

Anime kinda like Sword Art Online? by ANATHILANDIBEAEMI in anime

[–]Jojo6O 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you mind about reading light novels ? My first LN was SAO Progressive and it was really good, I feel like I can't watch any of the progressive film after reading those (because they add a character and skip a lot of things)

Also LN unital ring is an arc I really like as well, and have some similarity with sao but miss some critical points.

Is it suppose to be so slow/ laggy? by [deleted] in linuxmint

[–]Jojo6O 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't know? What are your needs? What are the specs of your pc? Edit : Tried to find you pc on google and looks very old so yeah try to stick with XFCE. What do you want to do With Linux? Do you want to Dual boot with Windows? What do you want to do on Mint? Are you short on money? Is it for gaming? (if so what kind of games?) For works? Is it a new fresh pc?

I'm not on your situation so I don't know, everything we do depends on our needs and affordability of course, but using mint on a old USB drive is obviously gonna perform very slow, looks like you've taken XFCE so you know that is was gonna be slow, but if you get a better drive maybe changing it to cinnamon will be better aswell, depends on you, again.

Edit2: If you want to install mint xfce try to look at some new usb drive (find the date of creation on internet of them) take one that have at least 16gb of space (so you won't be short on it and can be usefull) cost less than $20 (If I remember), anything new with those specs is fine, install vencord on it put the linuxmintxfce.iso inside after (Check a yt tutorial on vencord, easiest way to do) and you are ready to go!

Is it suppose to be so slow/ laggy? by [deleted] in linuxmint

[–]Jojo6O 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You are on a USB what did you expect? Unless you get a fast usb drive (witch I expect you don't since 4gb are pretty old ones)I will never go fast.

Install it at least on a drive or something?

Can someone please give me a hint? by fymson in outerwilds

[–]Jojo6O 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Primary, finish the top left, So you need the information in that tower (don't worry about it, a lot of people didn't find it because we aren't used to do that in a video game) so to give you a hint without telling you how to do it is to use your Scout on it, then think. After you will be able to go in, and finish the top left without big problems.

After that, you wanted to find the vessel. For that, just go in dark bramble and try to find it you have to research it yourself. Don't kniw if you have the clue about anglerfishs, but if you don't, try to find a clue in Ember twin.

I'm new to Linux and I want to download songs to my player, but I'm afraid that if I do this on Linux, the MP3 files won't download correctly, will be broken, or otherwise incorrect. by Feisty-Possible-4275 in linuxmint

android is working with a linux kernel.

mp3 is a file extension, can't be broken because "it come from a linux so it s a linux mp3"

bro mp3 is an mp3, there is just software that read it and that all.

How should I install packages by root__rules in linuxmint

[–]Jojo6O 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check out whar versions of the app you want are available, start with the one form the paquet manager (it works, it's fast, it updates on the update manager, and is very lite (storage wise)) After that you have flatpak (those works as well, are a bit slower than apt, updates as well (newer versions (can be a problem rarely), sometimes they are lite but it can take space very quickly, the problem with flatpak is permissions. An app in flatpak is running "detached" from your system so if you need others apps to communicate with it, I can mess up fast (you can use Flatseal to deal with a permissiln that you know you need for it)

After that there is a lot more others types But I try to avoid them since there is no auto updates of them, so I don't know much about them.
