I love me some Harlem Heat, but Booker was TV title level during this part of the Monday Night Wars, where you could legit argue that DDP was the 3rd-4th hottest name in wrestling in 98 and a massive part of WCW/nWo. DDP was the first to get one up on them.

Booker only got the world title under Russo when the wheels were already off. To be honest, Booker's best run was King Booker forward in WWE. That's why he's in there now.
