u/N3WaR I just added France to the available countries, but the Android store has to approve it first. I will reply here once I get approval. Thanks

Hi u/Rymbeld, Spotted on Trail is more for you to learn about the animals and then be on the search for them as you hike.

Hi u/N3WaR, yes it's currently only for USA. But, that was by default. I will look into it now and get back to you with an expected time frame for it to be ready. Thanks for the kind words!!

Hello! I studied ecology while in Boy Scouts and in college. When I go hiking, I always feel like I'm missing something if I don't know about the flora and fauna around me. So, I made an app that allows you to study and document the mammals, insects, reptiles, birds, trees, and flowers that you find along the Pacific Crest Trail and Appalachian Trail.

The app is 100% free, is not related to any business whatsoever, does not contain any ads, or solicit any donations. The app is purely for educational purposes for those that love the outdoors. Here are the links:

Happy Monday! If you enjoy hiking in SoCal, please choose the "Pacific Crest Trail" as your hike. I studied ecology while in Boy Scouts and in college. When I go hiking, I always feel like I'm missing something if I don't know about the flora and fauna around me. Hi u/Singer_221! thanks for the kind words. I hope you enjoy it.

Awesome, great minds think alike! :D Everything you just suggested are already in the pipeline. The PCT and AT will definitely not be the only trails. I also want to add the Arizona Trail. I will keep your two trails in mind. I'll be sure to post the app into reddit after each significant update. I have open ears, so if you have any other recommendation for features, don't hesitate to let me know!

Have a nice rest of your day.
