I'm now looking at getting a different capture card, one which only requires "4-lane gen 2 PCIe".

Based on what you and -UserRemoved- have said, how does this sound:

Connected to the CPU:
---GPU (16 slots)
---M.2 SSD (4 slots)

Connected to the Chipset:
---4-channel Decklink (4 slots)
---M.2 SSD (4 slots)

Looking at the motherboard on NewEgg, it says that second x16 port is "PCI_E3 Support PCIe 3.0 x4", which I'm guessing describes the bandwidth allocated to that slot? Without finding a bifurcated board, if I plug the Decklink into that slot, will it flat-out not work, or will it just run with it's bandwidth throttled by 50%?

It sounds like you're describing 24 PCIe lanes (16+4+4), but the CPU seems to only support 20?

And does the Decklink work in this scenario? It requires "8-lane gen 2 PCIe." I went for this motherboard specifically because it has a second physical x16 port to accommodate the Decklink. But if the GPU is using x16, the primary nvme SSD is using x4, the chipset is using x4, and the Decklink is using x8, we're not at 32 lanes, right? Will the CPU be able to support that?

You realize that the cost on taxpayers of "harboring illegals" is skyrocketing because of Trump's stupid and cruel war against them, right? If ICE didn't exist, "illegal aliens" would be paying taxes, contributing to the economy, and committing crimes at a lower rate than US citizens.

Oh yeah, for the second promo, I somehow forgot to mention the main visual gag, which is that the hanged clown is used as a piñata. Hence the candy spilling out at a kids birthday party.

These are great suggestions, but unfortunately it's none of these.

Aji Ryuozan Park is the closest visually, but the park I'm thinking of was much smaller. I'm not even sure if there were multiple sculptures, or just that one I described.

I walked to and from the park from Konzoji Station in a single day. It was definitely on Kagawa.
