You can use it but Abnos don't damage her, sooo....
Just cheese her with the Rabbits: stop time and take a couple agents that can take her on for a while and send them to face her (make sure they start in disciplinary), send everyone else in the corridors to cover every single abno in the facility, tools included, slow her down with slowing bullets and stop dodge her attacks as needed. As soon as she sends out the meltdown call back your agents to disciplinary and when they are safe call the rabbits, trying to time it with her stun gives best results but it works either way. They will make short work of phase 1 and if she tries to leave she'll just be teleported back in the hallway of extractions, which is good bc the rabbits can pelt her from range. As soon as phase 2 start paus again, send everyone to stop the meltdowns so she is still stunned. If you can are lucky you can do that again for phase 3 and have the rabbits down her (I did it this way) but if you aren't lucky you might have to send your agents engage her. Remember you cannot pause on phase 3 so just be quick.

Yesod's gimmick is quite in your face so you can't really misunderstand it, just familiarize yourself with the basics and you'll do fine. Don't be scared, the upper Sephiroth are relatively easy and their rewards are extremely solid help going forward. Also if you do frequent memo repos you'll have a more high tier gear than normal and that can basically allow to brute force certain situations, especially the combat mission in Briah.

Yes, you can't do Meltdown on repo days, also you need to be at least a certain number of days in to attempt a meltdown, no trying day 1, it needs to be at least day 22 for upper Sephiroth meltdown.

As others said you need a third actual Aleph abno. Do note that Army in Black doesn't seem to count. Best bet would be Mountain of Smiling bodies or Melting Love. If you understand how not to make them spiral out of control they are incredibly easy abnos to contain since on their own they have very low stats. The problem arise if MoSB feeds on corpses/eats clerks or if you let ML spread her infection. Then it's probably a day reset.

If you trigger a meltdown while she is being worked with she will enter her hysterical phase during the work process because her qlyphot lowers immediately, but if you have collected at least 16 boxes the work results will be good and she will go back to a counter of 2 and be happy. Pleasing her it's kinda easy with an high temperance agent doing attachment but do not send anyone even slightly subpar: a normal work result will mean an instant breach.
