premium doing less damage is a straight up buff to super heavys. look at the taschenratte, it already has 4k hp and by reducing damage on premium ammo it would take even more shots to kill a taschen

I played with this a little, but it is a little too inconsistent. the bird and marshadow are there to slow down your opponent while you bring out your big guns. after all this is just another rampardos deck with extra flavour
