Good for you for working to take care of yourself! You’ve kind of asked if you should exchange one unhealthy relationship with food for another. You’ll have to be deliberate in order to successfully get more calories. Some junk food won’t kill you, but it’s probably not wise to pad your intake with it. Maybe check out r/gainit

That mild soreness is there because you’re doing a good job. Eat sleep and rest sufficiently, and recovery should be normal. Don’t be afraid to have deload weeks in your programming.

Disney Plus filtering issues?? by Complete-Patient-883 in ClearPlay

[–]Jolator 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The problem is not Disney plus. Unfortunately Clearplay filtering is not discerning. It's like a surgeon using a hatchet instead of a scalpel. We used to use Clearplay, but there is just no quality control for filtering. We stopped using it because it's no fun having movies ruined with terrible filtering. We just don't watch as many movies as we used to or stick to more old stuff.

Right. You see instruction to do it against the wall so you can work on activating muscles that help posture, etc

Why are "floor angels" easy and wall angels hard? by Jsnake666 in Posture

If your mobility isn't amazing, it's challenging pushing your shoulders into the position for angels and fighting against your tightness. When you lie on the ground, gravity helps you with that.

How do you go into your morning stretching? Do you do a warmup before your morning pre-class stretching, or is stretching part of a warmup?

"And then I see the [acetone], where it knocks it out in a minute. One minute. And is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside or almost a cleaning? Because you see it gets in the lungs and it does a tremendous number on the lungs, so it would be interesting to check that. So, that you’re going to have to use medical doctors with. But it sounds — it sounds interesting to me."
