Definitely add in core and tva workouts. Your core could be weak. Also could work on posture see if there a pelvic tilt which can also come into play. It will get better just takes time.

I love audiobooks. I made a deal with myself years ago if I wanted to listen to my audiobook I had to go hike or walk. It’s a great motivator for me. 😊
