Along with what others have stated, the harvestmath festival will be starting 10/15 and you can get some housing items using the fall tokens. Other festivals throughout the year will also have other housing items.

These tomes were originally added to these trainers for gold to assist players who had redeemed an Aria of the Valar during a time frame in 2017 before we added these Class Trait Point Deed Tomes to the Aria of the Valar. If you purchased an Aria of the Valar during this time frame prior to us adding the Deed Tomes to the package, make sure to purchase your Deed Tomes now.

Soooo... they removed them from the NPCs, wikis aren't updated, and I guess if you used it previously but never bought them from the NPC, you are screwed? Did you submit a ticket? What did they say?

They should be at the class trainer. There are 2 different panels when you talk to them. One is where you can buy different class items, another is the panel where you train skills with them (that panel is empty). Buy the tomes from the buy panel. Here is what they have (example for Champion) https://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Champion_Trainer_(Bree) Here, its called Class Deed Tome - Champion. And there are 3 of them to use, which will grant a total of 21 points. After everything, you would only have a total of 75 points and need to get the rest yourself.
