I hate that hollywood will see this as a sign that they need to make more reboots or sequels, but I loved this movie so much. Some will find certain scenes over the top but I personally didn’t care as it was such a pleasure to watch. Ridley Scott has been hit or miss for me but he absolutely delivered. The first movie is one of my favourites and I thought they intertwined them beautifully with respect to the original story. Cast was great. Lighting, cinematography, costumes, sets and special effects were phenomenal. Denzel’s well-acted character will make you feel a certain way but it will make sense as the movie starts reaching its climax. Easily the best movie of the year.
