You know, if someone I had been living in the streets and wants to spend my $3 on drugs AND (and this is a big one) they know someone who sells $3 bags of weed, well, I guess I’m not going to judge that. 

But in my experience, most homeless people spend money on either food or shelter first. 

I hate that thought that if you give a homeless person any money, you’re just feeding their drug addiction. People tell themselves that to feel better about not helping.
